Recently, Guangzhou Metro has initiated a pilot program at Guangzhou Baiyun Railway Station, introducing five types of smart service robots designed to perform five targeted functions: passenger service, luggage transport, patrol, cleaning, and aerial surveillance.

According to the introduction, the five robots each have their specific roles, precisely covering the core scenarios of passenger services.
Service robot"Yang Xiao Ying (in Chinese)" combines voice guidance and real-time voice interaction. It not only helps passengers navigate security checks and board trains in an orderly manner, but also offers convenience services such as voice inquiry and information searching. The luggage transport robot "Yang Xiao Yun" can carry large luggage and autonomously plan its route while avoiding obstacles. The patrol service robot "Yang Xiao Xun" can accurately detect unusual situations, such as standing water, smoke, or passengers falling, and immediately notify the control room, greatly improving emergency response speed. The cleaning robot"Yang Xiao Jie" integrates functions like vacuuming, floor washing, and dust pushing. The aerial patrol robot "Yang Xiao Fei" is capable of real-time video capture and flood monitoring at station entrances and exits.
近日，广州地铁在地铁广州白云站启动智能机器人试点应用，集中投放涵盖客运服务、行李载运、巡视服务、清扫清洁、高空巡飞五大功能的五款智能服务机器人。
据介绍，五款机器人各司其职，精准覆盖乘客出行服务核心场景。
客服机器人“羊小迎”集语音引导、实时语音交互于一体，不仅能引导乘客安检、文明乘车，还能提供语音问询、信息查询等便民服务。行李搬运机器人“羊小运”能搬运大件行李，还可自主规划路径、智能避障。巡视服务机器人“羊小巡”能精准识别积水、烟雾、乘客摔倒等异常情况，实时联动车控室，大幅提升应急响应速度。清洁机器人“羊小洁”集成吸尘、洗地、尘推功能。高空巡视机器人“羊小飞”能实现视频实时抓取、出入口防洪动态监测等功能。
